McVay has the hardest head coaching job in the NFL.

I for one admit I criticize McVay a lot, but his job is much harder than other coaches in the league because he loses so many coaches to other teams every year.
I can't overlook it anymore.
Sure his play calling and decisions don't always work out but due to his success he probably has the hardest head coaching job.
For a coach as young as he is he has handled it very well.
Mother Nature hasn't been so kind.
