Another take on OBJ

First I believe he has let it known to teams he doesn't want to be claimed and it's a risk if you do.
He negotiated with The Browns to redo his contract so he's a free agent next year.
So he's gonna sign with who he wants to be with.
Is he willing to sign for next to nothing?
I know he wanted to be a Ram before.
So the question is:
If he's willing to sign a cheap deal,
Is it worth it to keep him out of Green Bay or another contender?
