His ring finger was sticking STRAIGHT up. I remember John Madden and Summeral doing the game. The camera followed Byner to the sideline. LOLOL The camera stayed on Byner as he stuck his hand into a group of trainers. He grimmaced BIG TIME and came from the huddle with his finger RELOCATED and taped up. I can still hear Madden commenting....."UH UH. They just popped that finger back in and BOOM!! Byner's back in!!"
