Cooper Kupp: the Picasso of a football field

September 28, 2021 07:36AM
Fully recovered from his ACL. A full training camp. An elite QB to throw him the ball that he seems to have mind-melded with. Cooper Kupp at the moment cannot be guarded by one person.

He seems to read the field like a QB. His route running is great. Terrific hands. But route running doesn't make you the RAC leader. The guy is big, physical, fast enough, and very quick. He's a really slick runner with the football and not easy to get down.

Love the way McVay is using him. Screens, intermediates, and deep. No telling where you might find him.

Right now, he's holding a clinic on playing WR. What a joy to watch, and it's great that his teammates seem to understand what they are witnessing.
