Next Season Predictions

Why not start it here and now so you can all rest a little easier in the offseason 
Predictions:
1. The rams will be a winning and competitive program next season. Sure the rams lost a lot of coaches and will lose a bunch of good free agents. Sure the NFC west is ultra competitive and that won't change unless the coaches do. Sure the rams have the underappreciated Goff as their QB (see next prediction).
BUT... McVay is a very detailed and energetic coach. He and Snead will ensure they get new competitive players. They will get good coaches. They will be good enough to have a winning season next year whoever the QB is.
2. Jared Goff will not start all 16 games for the Rams next season. Sure he has a massive contract and there are no known suitors. Sure he has a winning 42-20 record under McVay.
BUT... McVay has an itch to do things they haven't. He will want to get some play time for someone mobile, at least in certain packages. Cal used a running QB along side Goff his Sophomore season at Cal for a handful of games to keep teams off balance. It's not a winning strategy to have 2 QBs, yet McVay wants to try some things. There is also the chance he gets hurt or traded and I hope neither happens.
3. Fans WILL complain about McVay next season no matter the QB. Sure he is McVay and the best coach the Rams have had in decades+. Sure he has a winning season every season with 3 playoff appearances along with 1 Superbowl appearance.
But, even great seasons have ups and downs and wins and losses. Even great QBs have a bad game here or there. Even Rodgers, Watson, or Stafford will have struggles at times and it will come back to McVay in the end.
