This kinda reminds me a teensy bit..

of Minnesota a couple of years ago..Thought all they needed was the QB.. got Cousins to go all the way and flopped.. Here's hoping and praying we don't end up like that.. We've lost a ton of coaches this year, we're going to lose some good players to free agency.. lets hope we can acquire adequate replacements for all..
