Also if/ when he goes how do you think the D will morph, or will we continue with an inside hire with his main scheme, if he goes who would be his likely spot? I see him sticking for at least 2 years, when he goes I think he will take several components with him and we would look outside for his replacement. If he stays for what I think is at least 2 years I can't call where he would go .
