Don't look now, but the Niners might be playing the best football in the division. I believe that they are now one of the 2-3 best teams in the NFL, having shaken off their early season disasters, and it wouldn't surprise me to see them again in the Super Bowl. If I am correct (and I'm sure many of my fellow posters will say I'm dead wrong) then that puts a somewhat different perspective on Sunday's loss.
