Jalen takes plays off, and guesses a lot, but it is indisuputable what he did to guys with world class speed in Evans and Metcalfe, while also stopping former waterbugs like A Brown.
But if I had 2 series to choose a corner play against a WR who has the length and speed of Calvin Johnson and the cutting ability of Az Hakim (this person doesn't exist, lol), I would choose JR over Sanders every time....yes every time...the last 2 weeks are great evidence as well as the 2017 AFC DIV against A Brown, when he was in his prime.
Additionally: did you see that tackle by Ramsey on Jones in the 1st quarter when Jones was running full steam ahead toward the sideleine and at contact got no yardage against Ramsey? Only A. Winfield the first, or some 210 corner makes a play like that.
The dude is superior physicall, smart, albeit lazy sometimes...he will, 100% give up a play to DK Metcalfe in wk 16, but don't mean Rams won't win. THat will be a rivalry of rivalries.
Conclusion:Deon, while the goat for corners, doesn't have Ramsey's overall talent....however, in the big games, at I would take ramsey any day...yes, week in and week out Sanders played more consistently.
