The Rams began their virtual offseason program today. HC Sean McVay said it will start off with 90-minute meetings 4 days/week for next 3 weeks. Expects all 9 weeks will be done this way, with 6 weeks virtual and 3 weeks at facility as best-case scenario.

Sean McVay said coaching staff will be communicating with Rams players to hold them accountable for workouts during virtual offseason program, but won't be monitoring otherwise because they trust players will be responsible.

Regarding attendance for the Rams' virtual offseason meetings, head coach Sean McVay said "everybody was there" for today's (the first) and that "all of our players are going to participate."

Rookies will not get involved until May 11, according to McVay, which is when clubs' Rookie Football Development programs are scheduled to begin.
