Can Josh Reynolds be our # 1 receiver?

Josh Reynolds is probably the most athletically gifted receiver on the Rams. All he needs is to be is more aggressive and for McVay design more plays for him. Especially deep passes. Too bad Goff's deep throws are so inaccurate but hopefully with a better offensive line that changes giving him more time. He could be like the Saints Michael Thomas. Any opinions?
