Question regarding Patriots

Given how the Patriots usually rush 5 and play man coverage, I feel that they believe they can scheme a pass rush as opposed to relying on a player's skill to create pressure. Patriots do an excellent job rushing five and getting 1 pass rusher free off of stunts.
My questions--do you think Billicheck pays Donald the big money? Or does he save his money for coverage players?
