Kupp’s big play and the Rams trio of WRs - Wow

September 16, 2019 02:25AM
The Rams WRs had an extraordinary game

The Kupp catch and run was unbelievable effort. Eye popping an all-time great play. Shame he didn’t get that TD. I could only imagine how it felt to see that live but on TV it was electric. Not to be lost in that play was the unbelievable blocking by both Cooks and Woods OMG!! You just don’t see that every day. What a spectacular play! And the stiff arm by Kupp!!! OMG!! lol

Brandin Cooks had a huge 57 yard grab on that first series. Huge huge catch for him. Why? Because he got that pass with his finger tips. It was a pass that top notch WRs get and he did! Then in the 3rd he got another hands catch this time a TD to put the Rams up 20-6. Both of those catches stood out to me because Cook’s hasn’t always made the tough catch or the catch requiring strong hands. He did twice yesterday.

Woods - again a jack of all trades. The 2nd and 18 reception where he got 17 setting up Gurley for the first down run. He had a TD run on a similar call called back on a ticky tack blocking call against Hav. He had a very unusual false start but more than made up for it

We have some tough guy WRs that can play physical despite not being huge in stature. I can not emphasize how much they actually help this oline

Back to Kupp he was open all game long... wide open. Just understand he easily could have had 160+ yard multiple TD game. Easily!!!
