Why Do the Rams Seem to Give Up a 50* Yard Run Every Game?

And it's usually on the first defensive series. I don't understand their getting gashed for so many chunk plays on the ground. Is it just me? I watch other games and I just don't see other teams giving up as many 40-50* yard runs. Maybe our defense starts slow?
