I've got into the habit of listening to more podcasts a lot at the gym. The Simmons/D'Marco Farr
Between the Horns podcast was one of them. Good rapport and content, though they often took quite a while up front before they dove into anything. Simmons has that awkward Steve Urkel thing about him but likable. Anyway, with Simmons having left for Oakland/Las Vegas the podcast continues and honestly, the new guy (forget his name) with Farr may be better.
Also listened to episode 1 yesterday of the new Vinnie Bonsignore/Rich Hammond
11 Personnel podcast. Good start and interesting info. VB is a bit of a homer but brings some really good insights. Their basic thoughts were (1) this is the deepest team the Rams have had under McVay and one of the deepest in the league- proven by the agonizing over roster spots 49-53, (2) the Rams' Super Bowl hopes hinge more on the OL than anything else (and VB expressed a lot of confidence in Allen at center), (3) Gurley looks great but no one has any clue how it will play out with him through December/January and (4) people can believe Goff and McVay won't evolve and improve at their peril...
Anyway, both worth subscribing and listening to if you haven't already.
