Where do Rams rank among best offenses in NFL?

According to NFL.com’s Chris Wesseling, the Rams have a top-five offense right now, but they don’t rank inside the top two as they have since 2017. Wesseling put the Rams at No. 5 on his list of the 10 best offenses in the league, a list that was topped by the Saints.

Here’s how he graded each position group:

Quarterback: B

Running back: B+

Receiving corps: B+

Offensive line: B+

Giving the Rams’ backfield a B+ seems like a slight toward two-time All-Pro Todd Gurley, but the only teams in the top 10 that earned a higher grade at that position group were the Saints (A-), Browns (A-) and Chargers (A-).
