DeMarcus Lawrence on Jared Goff: I want to 'take the quarterback's soul'

You’d be hard-pressed to find a pass rusher who likes quarterbacks besides his own. Ndamukong Suh has come out and said he hates them “with a passion,” showing a clear disdain for quarterbacks around the NFL.
Cowboys defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence is no exception. He’s not one to care for quarterbacks, considering his primary job is to pressure them, tackle them and make their lives absolute hell.
He was asked about facing Jared Goff for the second time in the past two years, and he doesn’t like the California kid, either. He wants to take his soul.
Lawrence got to Goff for a strip-sack last time around when the Rams and Cowboys squared off at AT&T Stadium, but Los Angeles has to hope that doesn’t happen again. Rob Havenstein has been phenomenal at right tackle this season and Lawrence could prove to be his toughest test yet.
