this bye week comes at a great time

This team has been going hard since late July and also faced some strange situations the past two weeks with the fires/evacuations, travel to Colorado Springs (which I think was a positive for them), etc.

Every guy in that locker room needs a few days off their feet. Younger and older guys.

And to be sent off into the bye for a full week coming off that game and Thanksgiving in a couple days is just perfect. Rehab, rest, eat and be merry- and come back in a week energized for a stretch run.
