Any way you cut it, this was a big game for the Rams.
It is really a 2 game swing in the NFL West. Seattle wins, and they're only 1 game behind the Rams.
Seattle loses, and now they're 3 games behind.
And thanks to Arizona, the Niners lose and they're 4 games back.
Plus, Rams remain atop the NFC. They're even 3 games ahead of the Eagles!
There's a big difference between 5-0 and 4-1. 4-1 would tie us with the Bears, Saints, and Panthers.
So ugly or not, the Rams won a slug fest and that W could turn out to be pivotal as the year grinds on.
They are going to lose somewhere along the line. But I doubt it'll be Denver.
