Cooper Kupp unsung hero

When Zuerlein went down, Hekker moved from holder to kicker. Everyone is giving him props for making the field goal and the extra point, but he was not the only sub on those plays. Kupp replaced Hekker as the holder and did a fine job on both plays as well.
