Troy Hill

I've read a few posts about Hill under-performing in the preseason. Not making excuses for him, but I can only imagine the impact of bringing in Talib and Peters, and what that means for someone that was gunning for a starting spot in the secondary coming off a pretty good performance in playoff game....
