FootballOutsiders: adjusted QB interceptions 2017

Good look at which QBs in 2017 were truly best taking care of the ball, who was lucky (Cousins, Stafford) and unlucky (Matt Ryan), etc. Goff shows well, in the top 1/3. His "adjusted INT rate" was 2.0%, almost half what it was in 2016 (3.5%).
