Being close to how the prospects come off the board on draft night is not evaluating. Evaluating is being right on your opinion of the player. It’s a couple years before we know real answer

The non-QB needy teams in top 10 are happy as hell with the way this draft is going to go. They’re going to get the best players in this draft fall in their laps

Hearing there are some in NFL scouting community that like Derwin James better than Minkah Fitzpatrick. I don’t see it but it’s an opinion business

Good teams don’t make decisions on draft day but rather during the meetings leading up to draft day. They are prepared for all scenarios. It’s game day and they’ve practiced all week preparing. Hope for the best, expect the worst and have a plan

It’s April 2nd and no, most clubs have not made any definitive decisions yet. Many clubs start meeting next week preparing their final board

If a team spends draft weekend reacting to what goes on they are in deep @#$%& and need new leadership. Be prepared!

With the Easter holiday being yesterday, many NFL clubs will begin their final draft prep meetings tomorrow. This is when the draft board is put together and draft decisions are made.

Don’t put a lot of stock into a clubs 30 visits. Each team uses those visits in a different way. Some have meaning, some don’t. I use to switch up how we used them every year so there wouldn’t be a pattern
