If true, then from here on teams are looking for bargains that fit within their salary structure. What is often called the 2nd round of FA.
This is where I think the Rams will be active (as in approaching Sullivan and Barwin). I still think a couple of LBs are going to be signed and maybe an older vet WR that has some speed and size to run Watkins' routes.
