I just can't shake the feeling that the 2018 season will be a downer, followed with a big rebound year in 2019. I just see too many issues ahead. Gurley, Donald and Zuerlein all had career years in 2017, and I don't know how realistic it is to expect the same for 2018. The team had very few injuries, and it's unlikely they can repeat that two years in a row. The linebacker group needs big upgrades, the secondary will likely need one or two new starters, and the front needs more depth. I think it'll take two drafts to shore up the defense. The 2018 schedule is a killer at home, and winning half of them may be the best we can do. Lastly, I think Jimmy G has more of the "it" factor than Goff, and he'll be our nemesis for years to come. Having said all that, I think 2019 will be a big rebound year and perhaps reach the Super Bowl.
