Blinkscout Mock draft ... 1.0

Figured I'd get the ball rolling since football is over for the year, lol.


There are quite a few small school players I have yet to see. But I'm pretty confident with my listings. I may list a couple guys in a spot if Im thinking one will be there.



1) Harold Landry rOLB BC ... I'll get a CB or 2 later, and he's better than he played this year.

3) Jalen Davis CB Utah State ... Great feet decent length above average speed great awareness. If we're replacing size, I'd take Adonis Alexander. But I think Wade likes them smaller.

4) Will Clapp OC/OG LSU I think this is a gift ... there are a few good interior linemen this year so Clapp should last till the 4th.

5) Jason Cabinda ILB PSU ... underrated and I have no idea why ... he was being rated as a second rounder at the end of last year. He allows Ogletree to move around and takes over calling the defense.

6) Avante Maddox nCB Pitt ... I can't even say how much I dig this guy's attitude. He's tiny and plays as big as Joyner.

6) Khalil McKenzie NT ... 6-4 340 with bloodlines.



RBs and WRs can be had after day 3 ends. Also, the small school OTs ... Im guessing we try to see if any take to coaching. That would be the only reason I'd change any of the above picks. IN which case I'd likely switch to drafting Brain Allen for OC in the 6th and take a small school OT with promise in the 4th.


Anyway, first crack at it. I will likely start including a trade down with our first pick and an extra 3rd in the future, as I see it as pretty likely.
