It's going to be interesting to see what "HE" thinks this team needs to keep us in the Playoffs and Championship contention year in and year out.
McVay and Co. came in and took this team to a whole new level with the players left from a former HC. They went and addressed immediate fixes (LT,C,WR) just so they could actually assimilate and offense.
Now, this off season, they can all sit back and actually "Tinker" with the personnel. Go get players that will actually "upgrade" positions to a higher level. This is going to be a fun and interesting way to go in to the Draft and FA.
It's going to be interesting to see what McVay envision's this team looking like in 2018.
