Last year, we did not score a TD against Seattle. Not one. Thank you Jeff Fisher and your antiquated approach to the game, specifically offense.
I wonder if Carrol pulled a Belichek and signed Jefferson just to pick his brain about what it's like to try and defend this explosive Ram offense.
My $100.00 > 5.5 wins isn't $$$ in the bank yet, but it's looking like a wise bet. I win even if we play .250 ball, and that's just not gonna happen.
The Rams becoming NFL contenders makes the other games so much more relevant. i.e tonight's matchup.
It wouldn't break my heart to see the Patriots lose, but if they win it gives us a leg up on Tampa in the NFC standings.
I look for a low scoring affair. A lot of our guys on D (Quinn, Brockers, Donald, Tree) were drafted specifically to match up against Seattle, more specifically Russell Wilson. Although Seattle's D is a little banged up (Irving, Lane) they are still a formidable unit.
I don't look for Gurley to come close to 100 yds. Legion of Boom is going to key on him and force Goff to beat them. With McVay pulling the levers, I think Jared is more than ready for the challenge. Gurley will make an impact in the passing game though.
Turnovers are going to be the difference. I know you can say that for just about any game, but in a hard fought divisional rivalry, winning the TO battle is even more vital.
I used to chide people for saying "Losing will make winning that much sweeter." After 5 years with Fisher at the helm, I am starting to somewhat understand what they meant.
McVay has made watching the Rams fun again. For the first time in a long time (Martz), I find myself looking forward to Sundays again. It's a great feeling.

Told you they were scattered.
