I can tell Reid has a strong influence on McVay.

Watching last night's game was like watching the AFC version of the RAMS:
- shifty WR/RB flashing across the formation on every play.
- use of a workhorse RB in both the run and passing game.
- regular shots down the field to the TE.
In fact, the 53 yd TD to Gurley was the EXACT SAME PLAY that Reid used against NE.

The one glaring difference: Smith's mobility, and you can't coach that.
