I assume 95% might prefer the GSOT offense to our 2017
in-process version, but I don't. I prefer the 80s Redskin and 90s Cowboy balanced offense in comparison to the throw 65% of the time offense--(and yes, I just watched the whole 2000 Rams-Bronco game after watching last night's game)
I would rather watch a 'complete' offense with 2 big, burly guards, and Gurley pounding, while watching Goff take care of the ball in McVay's offense---this looks better to me than the 2000 Rams with #13 against the Broncos....yep, really.
The Rams offense will be hard to contain
IF AND IF AND IF Gurley keeps getting 80+yards running and 50-60 yards receiving. ANd, I think McVay knows this, and that is why he was touting Gurley in July.
I can not stand watching Nutten, McC and Timmerman...really...just never liked them very much---especially in '99 playoffs---Faulk 15 yards rushing in the super bowl...that ain't super bowl runnin'
Of course Holt, Bruce and Hakim are superior to the 2017 WRs, but I am ok with Goff and Gurley and prefer pounding that rock and watching the 2017 offense dominate...they will develop and grow into a top offense by next year---assuming we sign Watkins.
Insane or entertaining...or both?
Oh yes, I am the only one to prefer Gurley to Faulk....I know, but pounding the ball and balance wins games---Norv Turner knows!
