Terrible call on the Woods PI

Watching on dvr right now and just disgusted how that penalty killed all the momentum we had going.

So now WR's are supposed to run around a LB who is clearly in his path on a slant route?

Robert simply just runs a quick slant and the LB is just frozen in his shoes and illegal knocks RW off of his route six or seven yards down the field.
Shouldn't the LB be responsible for trying to avoid the collision ???

Btw, that flag didn't even come out til about 30 seconds after the collision.
