As long as we can still mix in straight running plays shuttle pas s hitches to manufacture pseudo rushing yards and eat clock.
Shouldn't we solveprotection issues with hurry up and shotgun packages several times a game? .
Seems like the simplest answer to solving the OL problem.
Of course we still need to take the downfield shots but. They'll become easier after a few fast break plays are run.
Gurley should get his yards strait ahead when the defence is spread out and backed off and later in the 4 min offence end half end game grinding clock.
Tavon figures in run game along with Brown and maybe Cooper too.
That should work along with heavy doses of passing to Everett and Higby and Kupp all over.
Bootleg to Goff.
Maybe 2/100 times with a short side of field and a very brief jaunt.
Very very brief.
Better than holding ball too long passing downfield too often.
