Marcellus Wiley: Kupp is gonna surprise people this year

He was on ESPNLA today and was at practice yesterday. He was raving about Kupp. He also said some good things about Woods. Overall said that Goff definitely has better weapons that last year. These are the media guys who typically bash the Rams so I was happy to hear this.
