WHAT THIS YEAR RESTS ON.......

A lot of talk on teams performance circles around players that have been drafted or acquired through free agency. This is furthered with more intensive reviews of the talent that have been acquired, like whether they are potential starters, or whether they will be above average in playing to elite. This year's discussions on players potential performances (how well they will or will not) seem almost irrelevant. Aside from injuries here and there, our team's performance, success and possible playoff participation without doubts is predicated on how good, taelnted and elite our coaches and front offices is. How they are judged I believe is just as key as is our players Goff, Gurley, Whitworth, Saffold, Sullivan, Haverstein, Brown, Austin, Kupp, Reynolds, Everett, Higbee, Donald, Brockers, Quinn, Olgetree, Barwin, Barron, Johnson, Webster, Johnson or Alexander.

I really hope these coaches are as phenomenal as they say because it is all on them!
