Colin Cowherd says Rams and Panthers will double their win totals in 2017

If you go to Cowherds twitter page he has an excerpt from his show where he states the Rams and Cowboys may finish only a game difference in the win column this season. He goes onto say the Rams have improved the most where it counts the most on offense and that the Rams and Panthers will at least double their win totals this season.

Cowherd is very much a believer this Rams team is going to be good.
