Looking for a copy of Jan. 1, 2017 Cards game

My DVR choked on the final Sunday of the 2016 season, and I didn't get the Cardinals game. Does anyone have it on DVD? I'm looking for a wide screen version in standard def. If anyone has it and would like to make a trade, please pm. I have lots of Rams games to offer in trade. This is not the kind of game that I would want to watch, but I like to have all of the games for reference purposes. You never know when you might want to go back to something.
