...it is unprecedented to draft two huge busts at #2 overall at OT within six years...it really has set this franchise back (and wasted the RGIII trade getting the #2 from WAS but at least they drafted A. Donald at #13 the same year).
It also shows how trading up and hitting on O. Pace in 1997 helped this franchise in so many ways...
