Interesting views on the Rams draft and some historical stuff.
A couple of things noted:
1. Since 1996 the Rams are the worst drafting team except for the Browns and Lions.
2. The draft grades the Rams are getting are about the value of the picks not whether the players won't be good NFL players.
3. They don't believe the Rams coaches, including Kromer, are familiar enough with the Rams OL and have misevaluated the need for OL. In other words, they blew it by not taking Lamp.
4. Snead says they knew they needed to address the offense in the draft since that has been their achilles heel the last few years. Pretty disheartening when you take note of their top picks the past 4 years, all offense and all in the top 10:

2015 #10 overall pick: RB
2014 #2 overall pick: LT
2013 #8 overall pick: WR
