Does anybody ever win Coach of the Year without

A QB tearing it up.

Has Garrett bean anything other than a mediocre coach up until now.

laram hammers McCarthy as not being a great coach, and I think he's right. Not that I'm a student of the game, but Aaron Rogers is soooo good that he can elevate any team. I doubt the Packers would have made it to 8-8 with Case Keenum under center.

All the great coaches had great QB's and I'm starting to question the importance of the HC.

Before anybody kicks off on me, I still realize it's very important, but I think having a great QB is more important.

There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.
