Been many threads on what went wrong with out OL in 2016... GRob should be cut, Boras running wrong scheme, Boudreau suddenly can't coach, TH30 forgot how to run, it's , Etc. But, I think the big key(s) were injuries to three guys. Two, Havs and Barnes are often discussed and they were both trying to play on one leg and that's hard in the NFL. The third is Garrett Reynolds. When he was healthy he lines up at LG next to GRob and talked to him the whole way up to the line and sometimes up to the snap. GR knew the play and each guy's assignment and mentored GRob. GRob's best success happened during the last few games of '15 with GR next to him. I for one would re-sign GR and stick him at LG next to GRob. GR would also help Barnes in the middle. RS is solid at RG and a healthy Havs was terrific at RT in'15.
Wickman, Brown and Donna for depth. Problem solved.
