Rex Ryan as HC, Mike Martz as OC

...OK, OK, go ahead and shoot it down....
With Rex you win the news conference, for starters, with a franchise that's extremely dull but in a market where you've gotta be entertaining. Who knows what will happen with the Cardinals/Arians, no one in the saddle at SF, Carroll is Carroll at SEA, OK I get that. But with the Rams Rex isn't having to outcoach Belichick 2X/season.
With Martz as OC, you don't worry about him in charge of the draft, etc., rather you tell him to go put points up on the board. It'll be tough because the Rams no longer have Bruce and Holt at WR, but they do have a promising QB and a good RB. Maybe the right OL coach plus a Timmerman-like FA signing could galvanize the OL. I know that Martz flamed out elsewhere at OC, but you don't think he'd be jazzed about trying to resurrect the Rams??
