Now, with news about the 49's and Broncos jobs possibly opening up the Rams really have some work to do.

IMHO, this is the biggest coaching hire the Rams will make in the 52 years I have been a fan. Without a doubt, they need to hit a Home Run with this HC and GM selection.

It's going to be a Very Important decision and a very interesting time as a Fan.
