After reports of Demoff's alarming statements that Fisher is a model coach and that wining isn't that important, it has come to the attention of many that Demoff may indeed be a problem regarding the Rams fielding a winning team. It is easy to make the argument that Demoff has too much power now for a guy who is not a true football guy. And his ties to Fisher through his father are problematic despite his argument to the contrary.
I find it hard to believe that if Demoff "advised" Kroenke that it's not in the organizations best interest to retain Fisher that Kroenke would not follow Demoff's advice, especially given the latest developments.
Will Demoff take that action? We shall see. I guarantee you that if Kroenke told Demoff that his job was on the line if Fisher failed again next year that Demoff would drop Fisher like a hot potato.
