WRs during Hail Mary play. Was it me or....

Did it look like they were loafing a bit to get to the end zone? Some say Goff threw it too quickly but I thought he gave them plenty of time. I will say Goff maybe should have put it closer to the front of the end zone. I was just baffled that it looked like the Rams WRs were barely at the 10 yard line and not really looking back for the ball.
