In today's L.A. Times he is quoted as saying, among other things: "Organizationally, from the top down, they made the decision knowing it's going to be a long-term process and that it was going to take some time..." If true it means everyone, including the owner, is on board with the decision to only play the guy when ready. And I suspect "they all" had the say on giving up the draft choices and choosing him number one. I also suspect that the top of the organization has as much to do with this issue as anyone. My point in the post is that just maybe the coach should not be the only person in the organization to focus on if the troubles in the QB position continues. Its just much easier to focus on the H.C.-and its always been that way.
