Gaines could make a substantial difference if healthy

I like Hill. He's a keeper. He's a heck of lot better than Sensbaugh who simply chases WRs around after they've caught the ball.

But Gaines is better. All he has to do is stay healthy. When he comes back he'll be a meaningful addition to the secondary and I have no doubt he'll be immediately installed as the starter. But then we have some good depth, and a good dime CB with Hill.
