In at least one aspect: Has Fisher lost this team
The Rams have always played the Seahawks tough under Fisher. Beat them twice last year. These are the games the Rams typically win (the ones they're not supposed to).
Seattle will come to town and will be looking for big time payback.
How will the Rams play? Will they play harder, smarter, faster than they did on Monday. Or will we see more of the same.
If the Rams play well and either win or lose a close game then Fisher hasn't lost this team. Yet.
If the Rams get embarrassed again then it should be obvious that he's lost the team.
On Monday Night, I think we saw at least a few cracks in the foundation. Britt and Quinn with their anthem protest. Fisher asked for a heads-up and he wasn't given one. The Gurley and Donald displays of frustration.
The players are also keenly aware of what the media and former Rams are saying publicly. They know how bad this team and coach are being portrayed right now. Are they focusing on the rhetoric, no. But they are aware and it will be interesting to see if they are willing to fight or fold.
The players will have a lot to say with their play this Sunday.
