Since we have no OC, who do we blame / fire for this disaster?

Since neither the passing game or running game could get out of their own way, which of these 2 'complimentary coordinators' will be scapegoated and fired midseason? Last year it was Cignetti. This year maybe Boras and then Groh can coach out the string?

I seem to remember being told that having no true OC was 'standard practice' in the NFL. It seems to be working like a charm for us.
