QuoteLMU93 London is a fabulous city. Well worth seeing. My mother was from down near Dover. That southeastern corner (Kent) closest to France is a beautiful area as well. I agree. London has amazing history and so much to see and do.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
ramBRO, you gotta look out for the cyclists in London too. They will run you over for sure if you don't look right first. My brother got sideswiped by a bus one night. It spun him like a top, but he was fine. I think the booze in his system helped LOL.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
When healthy, Higbee is a very solid TE. McVay sees a little Kelce in Ferguson, so he'll be given every opportunity to show what he can do on the field.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteClassicalwit Is Speights really that fast? I admit that I didn't look at his RAS. Now I'm curious why he wasn't drafted. At times, Speights plays scared and that makes him look slow.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotemerlin Appreciate how he played for us, just didn't have enough speed for this level. Honestly, I find it hard to believe he wasn't converted to Safety or that he was drafted at all. Pre draft, he ran a 4.75 40.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
Another 6'2" 290 lbs. DT. The Rams gravitate towards those smaller guys.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotealyoshamucci I think with guys like this you have to find what makes the 40 time irrelevant. For Kupp is was the 3 cone and short shuttle. Kupp's 3 cone is 6.65 Mumpfield's is 6.77. Both are top tier. Mumpfield's explosion numbers were good ... 36 vert and 10-4 broad. But my # for Mumpfield is his ten split. 1.54. For whatever reason, he doesn't sustain speed long distance.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRamgator Such a CHEESY episode but I have always liked it. That guy with the guitar was the guy Rambo got pissed off at in Rambo 2. That brunette girl who Checov liked was a cutie. I never realized that was the same actor from Rambo 2? Pretty cool. There were some hotties in the OG Star Trek for sure.by six2stack - Bucky's Pub
QuoteRamgator 95% of that episode is a dark room with a mute lady. I played that DVD disk a couple of years ago and MADE myself focus on it and try to see anything in it. I couldn't. I believe Deforest (Dr McCoy) Kelly, said it was his favorite episode. My top 2 are slam dunks.....Doomsday Machine and Balance Of Terror Dude, balnace of terror is my all time favorite!!! It's funny how theby six2stack - Bucky's Pub
I loved that episode too! I always thought it looked like a ham or something similar. Yeah, special effects have come a long way.by six2stack - Bucky's Pub
I agree the Eagles were the better team, but we blew our chances to win. The best team doesn't always win. I'm hoping that the off season acquisitions and the draftees will put us right there with them.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
I love Maui. I wish I were there now!by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 So many apparent upgrades everywhere I look. Where to start? McVay. Has new toys and an apparent eagerness to use them. (DaVante Adams and 12 personnel, among other things). Improved RB corps. Frankly, I’m expecting big contributions from Hunter this season. He should augment Kyren very well. TE Ferguson. We’ll see if he deserves all the hype. Yeah, I Didn't see anything sby six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
I just finished watching some of his college highlights. Im extremely impressed with his ability to adjust to the football in flight and making several contested catches. He also shows creative change of direction in his routes to get open. I think he's a baller. I was critical of the pick because I looked at his lackluster measurables without seeing the film. Are we witnessing McSneadsby six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
Quoteheadslapper Right now Mumpfield is gonna be taking Adams snaps and getting rookie of the year and Fergusson is going to be better than Kelce. I know lol. I'd be happy if Ferguson gets 500 yds and 6 TD's. I expect Mumpfield to get around 250 receiving yards and 2 or 3 TD's. He'll probably be inactive for several games.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
Dude runs a 4.35 40. I'm rooting for him. We need that kind of speed in the secondary.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 But he’s no Gurley and his lack of explosives and fumbling tendencies are genuine issues. Hence the desire of Rams to control cost and risk. Plus, I think Rms are seriously optimistic about Hunter in this camp and preseason. Agreed. I really like KW, he's a warrior! That being said, I think you are exactly right about how McVay feels about the situation. Hunter was drafted to addby six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
I felt like the Rams D got better towards the end of the season and particularly the CB play. Take away the Eagles games and our D looked great overall.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotesergioleone More PT in preseason I'm sure not playing starters in preseason has some impact. Yeah, I know the CBA has restrictions on length and the number of practices (including contact). I'm sure some teams push more PT than others. I wonder if McVay focuses more on play repetition over proper execution or conditioning? I felt like last seasons opener against Detroit was an indicaby six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotekw13 I usually have to temper my excitement when watching rookies college highlights because sure, every player has good highlights, and that was college, not NFL But to be honest, the highlights from Furgeson were pretty average. Just typical TE catches. Nothing really stood out. So I hope there is more to him that that. Plus, I'm assuming Higby is healthy and is our #1 TE,by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteBerendsenRam In Hunter, he can take it to the House on any given play just what McVay wants Explosiveness! GO RAMS! That and the fact he runs with some power too. On paper, he looks to be the most complete RB on the roster.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRamgator , Agree. Ellard is my all time favorite Rams WR.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
I enjoy watching the Battlehawks play because they play hard all game. Their OL is good and their defense flys around the field. I love their aggressive style of play on D.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
I hope they're right about Mumpfield. It's hard for me to get excited about a slightly built, short armed, small handed WR that lacks ideal speed to boot. They probably could've signed him as a UDFA. I am optimistic about the Rams other picks as well as a couple of UDFA's.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotemerlin So that's the reason I'd go with. Hoping for a fast start out the gate and a #1 seed finish to the season. But I am used to a certain rhythm with the Rams, that being they use the first four games as their "preseason tuneup" then get it together by midseason and make a run. Yeah, I'm concerned we might go 1-2 in our 1st 3 games. McVay needs to get them ready early.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRamgator When not doing that forced emotional screaming crap, according to ESPN's script. Anyone else notice how even Mark Schlereth started out with a calm way? Even he turned to the shouting crap. YES! YES! I know I'll get lambasted because I don't understand that it's "Entertainment". I get that! But must it insult everyone's intelligence? I really like listening to Eison. He adds a little humor to the mix. He was great covering the NFL combine this year.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
I think Pooh will have a greater impact because he's the most talented ILB on the roster now. Hopefully Mumpfield is a gem, but I just don't see him making an impact this season unless its on ST's. I agree with your other assessments. I do think Ferguson and Hunter are physically gifted, but just not sure how quickly they will be used unless they just stick out in TC. I've watched highlights from all of our draft picks and his stand out the most to me.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 Quotesix2stack I think Pooh is a good all around ILB, but he's another smaller player that we seem to have an abundance of. I think our run defense is better overall with the additions in free agency and the draft. My fear is, against power rushing teams like the Eagles, we won't be as effective because of our lack of size on the front 7. Omar Speights stats: Chris Paul, Jrby six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
