Rams at Lions Postgame Notes

- The Rams beat the Lions, 30-16, to clinch their second-consecutive division title and improve to 11-1 on the season.

- The last time the Rams won their division in back-to-back seasons was 1978 (12-4) and 1979 (9-7) with Head Coach Ray Malavasi.

- QB Jared Goff completed 17-of-33 passes for 207 yards and one touchdown.

- Goff (60) passed Sam Bradford (59) for eighth place on the Rams all-time passing touchdown leaders list.

- Goff (8,647) passed Bill Wade (8,572) for 10th place on the Rams all-time passing list.

- Goff (3,749) passed Sam Bradford (3,702) for the 10th-best single season passing output in franchise history. His previous single-season best (3,804), currently ranks ninth in franchise single-season passing leaders.

- RB Todd Gurley II tallied his 1,000th career rush on a 15-yard run. He is the sixth running back in franchise history to reach the 1,000 carry mark.

- Gurley rushed 23 times for 132 yards, a 5.7-yard average and two touchdowns.

- Gurley has 44 career rushing touchdowns, tying Dan Towler (44) for fourth place on the Rams all-time rushing touchdown leaders list.

- WR Brandin Cooks eclipsed the 1,000-yard mark for the fourth consecutive season.

- Cooks is the first player in NFL history with three straight 1,000-yard receiving seasons with three different teams.

- WR Robert Woods recorded an 8-yard touchdown pass from Goff. Marks his fifth touchdown of the season, and 22nd career.

- Woods led the team in receptions (5) and receiving yards (67).

- Going into today’s game, DT Aaron Donald led the NFL in sacks and added two more on QB Matthew Stafford to push his season total to 16.5, and has 154.5 sack yards

- Donald’s second sack was also a forced fumble. Marked his fourth forced fumble this season.

- Donald also had four tackles for loss to push his season total to 20 for the season.

- Donald has 55.5 career sacks to pass Chris Long (54.5) for fifth place for the Rams all-time sack leaders list.

- OLB Dante Fowler Jr. registered his second sack as a Ram, 18th career.

- LB Cory Littleton sacked Lions QB Matthew Stafford for a loss of 10 yards. Marked his fourth sack of the season.

- LB Mark Barron played his 100th game, he has started 89 of his first 100 games played. Barron has played 63 games with 52 starts for the Rams.

- According to press box statistics, S John Johnson led the team in tackles with 11 (nine solo).

- K Greg Zuerlein converted three-of-three field goals from 24, 47 and 48 yards.

- P Johnny Hekker punted three times for 151 yards. He placed one punt inside the 20-yard line.
